Benny Tessler is an accomplished artist, with more than 40 years of fine art and commercial art experience.

Tessler has mastered mixed media; photos, pastels, watercolors, gouache and acrylics. His style reflects the influence of Impressionism, Fauvism, and Pop Art to deliver high impact multi-layered symbolic content. The art is Postmodern. It uses clichés to attack and criticize clichés. It questions the many values, taboos, norms and wisdom of our ultra modern fast paced life.

Tessler was educated at the University of California where he holds an MFA in Filmmaking and Animation and a BA in Art History and Political Science. With career sales of over 600 original paintings, Tessler continues to create at his studios in Bandol, France and Mt. Carmel, Israel.
